Major Midget AAA Hockey
Permission To Skate & Release Information

The information below only applies to MAJOR MIDGET AAA

As per Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) Rules and Regulations Brampton Hockey is not permitted to provide OMHA PTS Forms or Releases for the 2018/19 season until on or after August 23rd.

Please click here to review the OHF Major Midget AAA Regulations.

If you are trying out in Brampton from another OMHA centre, an OMHA PTS must be submitted at the tryouts from your home centre.
For those trying out in Brampton from the GTHL or Alliance, please check your governing body, but in the past both have provided players with Uncontested Releases.

If you are trying out for an OMHA Midget AAA Team outside of your OMHA Home AAA Centre you will need to obtain an OMHA Major Midget AAA Permission To Skate. If you wish to tryout for a Major Midget AAA team outside of the OMHA you will need to obtain a waiver.

In order to request an OMHA permission to skate form to tryout out at other OMHA centres only,  click here to make that request.

In order to request a waiver, email [email protected] with the following details:
