Let the Playoffs Begin!
The regular season came to an end on the weekend, with the 45's looking a bit rusty after a long holiday layoff. Overall, the team finished in 3rd place in the east loop and will face Centre Wellington and New Hamburg in the first round of the playoffs. Only the first team will advance to the next round of the OMHA prelims.
"We are good enough to beat anybody, but bad enough to lose to anybody" coach Luddington said. "We're going to be working extra hard in practice this week to try to make sure the good version of our team shows up to play."
The schedule for the first round should be set in the next few days.
