Brampton Hockey is now accepting coaching applications for the 2026-2027 Season if you are interested in coaching for the Brampton 45's at AA, A, BB, A.L.L (select) U10 to U18. and MD U7 to U9 please appley today The application window will be open until end of day on January 16th, 2026.

Team Staff

Brampton Hockey would like to know who, if selected as Head Coach, you would have on your staff. You MUST indicate if the staff is a PARENT or NON PARENT.

Please provide a brief narrative detailing your PLAYING and COACHING experience, coaching philosophy and/or anticipated team identity. Along with this information, please provide any relevant education/training and/or related and transferable skills. You can also provide any other comments you feel the selection committee should know that would identify you as a successful candidate to coach a minor hockey team with Brampton Hockey. Policy Acknowledgment

The Coach Selection Committee requires that the Head Coach acknowledge responsibility and understanding of the following requirements:
1. Fair Play Code of Conduct requirement
2. Police Check requirement
3. On-ice helmet requirement for all staff and participants
4. Mouth guard requirements
5. Licensed Apparel Program
6. An understanding of all applicable resolutions for Team for which you have applied
I hereby acknowledge that I understand the above requirements and all applicable Brampton Hockey By-laws, Resolutions, Policies and Manual of Operation requirements and that I am responsible for ensuring compliance with the above. I also understand that only applications considered by the committee to be suitable will be granted an interview. I agree that the decision of the committee is final and I hold the committee, Brampton Hockey and/or any other governing body harmless for the decision. Interviews

Only qualified applicants will be interviewed. If you are granted an interview be prepared to discuss the following:
1. Your strengths as a head coach and your coaching staff
2. The changes you feel necessary for the team applied
3. Short and Long term goals for the team applied
4. How your coaching method create a safe environment for players to grow on and off the ice
