Bruins, MM-Rec, 2017-2018 (Brampton Hockey Inc.)

CONGRATULATIONS to the Bruins for their accomplishment of capturing First Place Honours in the Minor Midget Division this season.  The regular season will be completed Feb 17, but mathematically, the Bruins finish First.  Hard work and attentiveness on the bench and during practice is making the difference with our squad.  We're getting stronger with each outing.  Way To Go Bruins !!

Congratulations to the Bruins for their hard-work in capturing the Championship Medal at the Neville Woolridge Tournament.  They had to absorb a couple of face-off strategies in an attempt to give them an edge.  Battling a short-bench and various illnesses for most of the Tournament, the TEAM persevered in a tight 1-0 win over their rivals - The Flames.  There were 16 MVP's on this TEAM on Saturday, and all contributed to our success.  We selected Zsombar Raduly as our Tournament MVP for his consistent play throughout the Tournament.  Special Accolades go to Coach Brandon for his insightful ...

Battle Archery party was a huge success. Something we should have done sooner in the year. It achieved what we were hoping it would. Players talking to their team-mates about where the opponent was, warning them, offering guidance & instruction, working together. Could not have asked for more! A very Special Thank You to Mrs Canjar for putting it all together.

CONGRATULATIONS to John Manning, voted Team Captain, and to Ethan Batch, Zsombar Raduly and Garreth Lucas, who were voted Assistant Captains.  They were selected by the TEAM to lead the Bruins in the next steps of our success this Season !!  A case can be made for everyone on the squad to wear the C or A and the players had to make some well-thought decisions in completing their selections.  Well Done by ALL.

NOV 23rd, Cardinal Leger School, 0900pm.  Bring your Food Donations for the Gift of Giving Back Program at 0830pm.  Wear your Bruins sweater over a shirt & tie with dark pants (no Jeans).  Bring your gloves and stick for the individual shot, and a smile !
