Vulnerable Sector Check

For those Brampton Hockey Volunteers requiring a Peel Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) this season, forms are only available at PRP. The cost of the VSC is $34.00 and must be paid by the applicant, but refunded upon submitting your approved VSC and receipt to Brampton Hockey.

Fingerprints: For those volunteers requiring fingerprints, and before you go to PRP to submit your VSC, you will need to obtain a BHI volunteer letter that is available at the Hockey Office. Without this letter, the cost of the VSC will escalate to over $90.00 and BHI will only cover a maximum amount of $34.00. The fingerprint fee will ONLY be waived if the BHI volunteer can provide the BHI volunteer letter. If you are unsure whether you need fingerprints, please request a volunteer letter beforehand, just to make sure that you aren’t charged an excess of $90.00.

You may request the BHI Volunteer letter by calling 905-453-3243 or emailing [email protected] or [email protected]

Provide your first and last name, date of birth, address including postal code and your team & role on the team.

Thank you for your cooperation
