BHI Training At-Home Program - Stay Engaged and Stay Active

During these times we would like to continue to support our players and coaches.

That is why Brampton Hockey has put together the following resource for parents and coaches to assist their players/children in keeping engaged and active!

BHI - Training at Home Program

There many great on-line training programs available to all and while some are free and some are a pay as you go style, we understand these are tough times for everyone so please pick the training that best suits your family/player needs.

We have also added the USA Hockey Training at Home portal as it is very robust and user friendly. It is also FREE!

You can contact Nic Martins ([email protected]) with any questions regarding the training and he will be willing to help you with identifying the appropriate program for your player or help you with the program itself.

Nic will also be holding some online Zoom sessions for Home Based Training that will be free also.

The resource is being updated regularly so be sure to follow us on social media to stay informed of all of our updates! Be sure to show us how you are staying active and tag us @bramptonhockey and #BRAMPTONHOCKEYATHOME
