Refunds

The BHI Executive have been meeting to finalize refunds for all REC families along with any Rep and IP players.

As of Wednesday October 28th, refunds for players no longer participating during the current season (all REC players and those at Rep who have decided NOT to continue under the current modified Stage 2) have begun to be processed by BHI office staff.

Refund amounts were determined by the following:
  • Ice time already provided to the participants for the 2020-21 season (ice provided prior to cancelling the REC season or those at Rep who requested a refund)
  • Insurance costs
  • Association charges
  • Administration fees
There are a number of steps in order to process these refunds. Processing refunds are completed individually (one by one) by one BHI staff member and with hundreds to process, it will take some time to have everyone who is entitled to be refunded.
