BRAMPTON HOCKEY AGM JUNE 18, 2025
MARK YOUR CALENDARS for the Brampton Hockey AGM on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, 7pm @ Jim Archdekin
The 2025 Brampton Hockey Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 18th at 7 pm, at Jim Archdekin Recreation Centre Auditorium.
At the AGM, Reports and the 2025/2026 Budget will be presented to the Members and elections will take place for the Executive and Board of Directors. To be eligible for a Board of Directors position, you must be a member in good standing. To be eligible for an Executive position (VP or Secretary), you must be a member in good standing and must have been a Board of Director for ONE year. Elections will be held for the following positions:
Vice President of Hockey Development (2 year term)
Vice President of Recreational League (2 year term)
Vice President of Representative League (2 year term)
Secretary (2 year term)
President (1 year term)
Board of Directors (2 year term and 1 year term) as per By Law 7.02.
To nominate someone for a position on the Executive or Board, please follow this link 2025-2026 AGM Nominations (Brampton Hockey Inc.) Nominations will close at 11:59pm on June 5th.
Information on the members nominated for the available positions will be available after June 9th
In order to be eligible to receive a voting ballot at the AGM, eligible members must register via 2025-2026 AGM Registration (Brampton Hockey Inc.) no later than 11:59pm on Sunday, June 15th . Only eligible members, as per By-Law #2, will be provided with a voting ballot.
