2024-2025 Brampton Hockey Tournament/Exhibition Game Travel Permit Request
Regarding ALL home or away tournaments, exhibition games, or festivals, a travel permit request MUST be submitted for each event.
Once this form has been submitted in its entirety, if eligible, your permit request will be submitted in the OMHA portal for approval. Once OMHA approved the permit will be emailed to the staff contact provided with your submission.
Tournaments outside of the OMHA require a $20.00 payment and exhibition games outside of the OHF require a $10.00 payment. On your behalf, BHI will submit this payment to the OMHA. IMPORTANT: Permit submissions MUST be submitted AT LEAST 10 days in advance to allow the OMHA time to process.
