NORTH SOUTH HOCKEY
Attention all parents!
After a successful May online training program, we will be offering drop in online training sessions in June! See below for details.
Dates: June 15th, 17th, 19th, 22nd, 24th and 26th
Each online training session will be from 4-5 pm and include a combination of hockey oriented workouts and drills.

Registration for each session will close on the same day at 3 pm or once attendance reaches its max capacity.

PAVEL BARBER
Pavel Barber is a Stickhandling Skills Specialist who travels the world teaching his craft. He's played professional indoor hockey, field hockey and floorball for Team Canada. He is well known for his ability to break down a skill and build it into a progression so that his students can learn it deeply and quickly.
Dedicated to the development and mastery of stickhandling, Hurricane High Performance has teamed up with Pavel Barber to offer a Virtual Stickhandling Program. This is a high-energy, fast-moving Progressive Program live with Head Instructor Pavel Barber. The emphasis of these sessions will be focused on not only mastering stickhandling maneuvers, but also fine-tuning the application of skills. All the exercises are taught in a progressive, step-by-step approach that makes it easy to learn regardless of your skill level

NEXT PRO HOCKEY
Former NHL player Matt Corentte and his brother Dave (Master in Kinesiology) are known for their on-ice training session that puts a high focus on edge work. To keep players body well tuned Dave has put together a virtual Dryland training program geared towards 3 age groups that will help players strengthen their bodies to maximize their performance on ice.
