If you turn 18 during the season, it is your responsibility to follow up with a VSS/CRC to the OHF.
** To verify what document, you require:
1. Log into your e-Hockey and see on the profile under the CRC tab, that there is Vulnerable Sector Screening check listed, then the only requirement would be a Criminal Record Check, if you are expiring May 1st, 2020.

NOTE: A VSS is only required once on your Hockey Canada profile.
Please make sure that you are submitting the proper document.
Please check with your local police services online on how to proceed in obtaining a record check.
You may submit your receipt, as proof of your application and submit scanned PDF to

your full name and date of birth.
Once service has resumed and the document has been received by you, please forward directly to the
[email protected] in the same format.

Would need only to be submitted every year if you are not in an expiring year for your record check, as per the OHF Screening
Policy.
