Important:
- You will have the option to pay in full or select the payment plan. Once selected this choice cannot be changed.
- Registration for Special Needs must be paid in full.
- Family Discounts are available for the fourth player in a family. Please contact the Brampton Hockey Office prior to registration for details.
METHOD OF PAYMENT + IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Registration must be completed online AND payment made online only. There are no in person payments accepted at the Brampton Hockey office.
- Any missed or declined payment will result in an additional fee of $75.00.
- Registration will remain open until August 30th 2024?? or until all divisions are full.
- Please note that your child's registration will remain pending until Respect In Sport requirements have been fulfilled and all required documents have been submitted.
RECREATIONAL LEAGUE REFUND / WITHDRAWAL
Prior to the start of hockey
Amount paid to date less $100.00 to cover credit card processing, registration system fees and administrative costs.
Up to October 31st
If there is a wait list in the division and the spot can be filled, a refund may be provided based on the amount paid to date less $200 to cover credit card processing, registration system fees, administrative costs, player’s Hockey Canada insurance, jersey/socks and ice times throughout October. If there is not a player on the waitlist a refund will not be issued.
November 1st onwards
No refunds will be provided to players who voluntarily withdraw after November 1st, 2024 for any reason.
If hockey is cancelled by a governing body and/or the City of Brampton BHI will provide a pro-rated refund of payments made.
Refunds will be processed monthly and are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued prior to October 17th, 2024.
REPRESENTATIVE REFUND / WITHDRAWAL
Prior to the start of hockey
Amount paid to date less $100.00 to cover credit card processing, registration system fees and administrative costs.
After the start of hockey
No refunds will be provided for Representative players who voluntarily withdraw under any circumstances.
If hockey is cancelled by a governing body and/or the City of Brampton at any point the subsequent monthly payments will not be required to be made and BHI will provide a pro-rated refund of payments made.
Refunds will be processed monthly and are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued prior to October 17th, 2024.
Refunds related to injuries/illnesses must be requested and must be submitted within 30-days of the date of the injury. A copy of the doctor’s note must be provided to the BHI office ([email protected]) before the refund can be issued.
No refunds will be granted under any circumstance after November 1st, 2024

Please note that a refund of fees from the Association does not constitute nor imply a release from the Association nor any obligation to the Association. The Association continues to hold all rights associated with the participant registered.
Refunds for clinics will be given in full only when the Association is notified 48 hours in advance that the registrant will be unable to attend. No refund will be given to registrants who are turned away from clinics for being late.
