Prior skating experience is strongly recommended, but we encourage players of all levels and experience. Let us help you get started.

What is your current status as it stands with Hockey Canada?

  1. My child HAS participated with a Hockey Canada program before in a different city/league.
    • Contact the office at [email protected] and you will be provided with the transfer process for your child. Do NOT continue any further!!
  2. My child has NEVER registered with a Hockey Canada program before.
    • Follow the steps below.

STEP 1: Parents must first pay/complete an on line course called Respect In Sport (RIS) Parent Program

The Respect in Sport Parent Program is endorsed and supported by our governing bodies, Hockey Canada, OHF and the OMHA. The program is a proactive, educational online course that empowers parents with the tools to ensure the game is enjoyable and respectful for themselves, their children, and all other stakeholders in the game. STEP 2: Creating a Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) profile

After the RIS course is complete, an HCR profile is to be created for NEW players only. During this process, the follow identification is MANDATORY and MUST be uploaded.

Rowan's Law + the OHF Concussion Code of Conduct

The Rowans Law Act and Regulations is a mandatory implementation through the Ontario Hockey Federation and Ministry of Tourism Culture and Sport. Every Player, Team Official and On-Ice Official (parent as well if individual under 18) to register/participate must review the OHF Concussion Code of Conduct and the appropriate Concussion Awareness Resources.

During the online registration process, parents are required to read and check that you and your child have reviewed the Rowan's requirements.
