Dryland Training

Moved due to game on Tuesday.
Please bring shorts and a t-shirt to wear during the dryland training, also bring a water bottle. There is a change room for the players to use.
Warm-up starts at 5:50 and the training starts at 6:00. There will be a cool down period after and then they can change back into their street clothes.
