The game begins before the game begins!

Players are to be doing the following fitness program over the summer: 3 sets of 25 push ups (interval rest = time of 25 push ups) 1 mile run (under 9 minutes) 50 squats In the fall the players are to join their school's cross country team.  All of these activities will increase the team's overall conditioning and make us more competitive.

Attached is the Schedule for the Mini-Camp Weekend.

Please make sure the players are doing their Intelligym sessions.  These should be done every 48 - 72 hours.  Hopefully this program will improve the players' hockey sense. https://www.intelligym.com/hockey/preview
