8:30am – 9:50am On-Ice Practice
9:50am – 10:15am Snack/Drink (provided by team) in dressing room, change into off-ice clothes
10:15am – 11:00am Team Building
11:00am – 11:20am Walk to Smith Residence
11:20am – 12:00pm Lunch (provided by team)
12:00pm – 12:20pm Walk back to Terry Miller
12:20pm – 12:50pm Off-Ice Program
12:50pm – 1:20pm Dressing room, change into equipment
1:20pm – 2:50pm On-Ice Practice
