Fitness Program

Players are to be doing the following fitness program over the summer:

3 sets of 25 push ups (interval rest = time of 25 push ups)

1 mile run (under 9 minutes)

50 squats

In the fall the players are to join their school's cross country team. 

All of these activities will increase the team's overall conditioning and make us more competitive.
