Leafs, MB-Rec, 2014-2015 (Brampton Hockey Inc.)

Hi Team We tried hard to come back from an early deficit but couldn't find the back of their net in time. The 4-3 loss did not represent how hard we tried ​nor how hard we kept in the game. The same can be said for our combined effort all season.

Hi Team We spotted them to a quick 3 goal lead. As hard as we tried we couldn't beat them and ended with a 3-2 loss. But not because we didn't try hard. The momentum turned after Torben's goal to get us to within 2. Gordon got our second on a bullet shot high in the slot. But Sacha's rush up the ice was stopped by the final buzzer ending the game.

Hi Team Ouch. That was a tough game. We fell behind very early and couldn't muster any momentum to win. We had a bright spot though. With seconds running down in the first period, Ryan grabbed the puck in the neutral zone, rushed past their blue line and fired a bullet from the point over their goalies glove hand to give us our only goal. It was a great ​effort and an excellent example of what we can do when remember our practice drills.

Hi Team We suffered our first lose this evening. We did a lot of things right and just a few things we'd like to do over. They were able to take a quick 2-0 lead. Sacha and Vincent played the passing game perfectly. Driving deep into their zone pulling their goalie past the left post leaving the right side open for Torben to bury the puck and close to gap to within one goal. But we couldn't get the tying marker and unfortunately ran out of time.  

Hi Team Tonight's game was a battle between defense men on both teams. We out shot them at least 25 -3 but still couldn't get it past their goalie who stopped every shot. Sean may have only made three saves but they were huge considering they were from break-aways. Ending the game 0-0 doesn't reflect how hard we tried to win. It shows how we kept trying right to the last second.
