Training Camp
The team put in some serious work this weekend, as they completed 9 hours of on-ice training and 9 hours of chalk talk and team activities. Everybody showed up ready to go, and eager to start the season strong.
"We covered a lot of ground this weekend" coach Luddington said. "And, we spent a lot of time working on our systems. We need everybody paddling in the same direction. Hopefully this camp helps us do just that, and sets the tone for the season."
Special thanks to Carlo and Lianne Cutone for cooking up a huge pasta lunch for the team on Saturday, and for bringing in pizza and salad for the team on Sunday. There is something special about sharing a home cooked meal as a team, after two hours on the ice. I know the team really appreciated it.
